Answer the following questions.

1) What makes the boy look funny?

Ans: The boy looks funny because he wore a large brown trouser, there was always mud on his boots and his hair looked as if sheep shears.

2) Where are goats kept?

Ans: Goats are kept in the pigsty.

3) What did the boy do while grazing the goats?

Ans: The boy was fond of goats and he was treating them like friends. He took them every morning for grazing and brought them back to pigsty before darkness.

4) What first made the man and his wife become aware of the smell of the goat kid and the boy?

Ans: The man and his wife were in service at that time a strange odor made them to turn back, later they noticed that the smell was coming from the boy and the goat. 

5) Why was the boy troubled by the absence of snow on the ground?

Ans: The was troubled by the absence of snow on the ground because he had believed that at Christmas, there would be snow on the ground, small bells would ring and there would be a moving star. But there was nothing on the ground.

6) Explain the message written on the notice board.

Ans: The message which was written on the notice board was meant for Christmas, it was there one month ago. It stated clearly to serve in the path of God offering giving gifts to help the needy people. It was not mandatory to give big or small gift but it should be noble one. Apart from that there were words which were indicating to offer something in the service of God. " THIS MEANS YOU"
